"...implanted in the heart of man by his Creator...."

Self-preservation is the first law of nature, and has been implanted in the heart of man by his Creator, for the wisest purpose; and no political union, however fraught with blessings and benefits in all other respects, can long continue, if the necessary consequence be to render the homes and the firesides of nearly half the parties to it habitually and hopelessly insecure.

E.David, after these elections, I doubt I will pray for the U.S. again. Nor will I pledge allegiance to it any more. I will, however, pray that God protects His people from the government while we're here.

Know what you mean, bro. Try not to get discouraged however. It has been weighing upon me heavily as well. But, we must still attempt to convince our fellow citizens of the Truth. We are charged with that duty.

This country shall fall. No country in history has ever survived for long that turns its back on God. There will come a point where we are commanded to "come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues." Just as Lot was led out of Sodom and Gomorrah. But, don't look back!

This is what we have become:

"...Come hither; I will shew unto thee the judgment of the great whore that sitteth upon many waters:"

"And he saith unto me, The waters which thou sawest, where the whore sitteth, (statue of Liberty?), are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues."

(Are we not a nation made of all other tongues?)

"And the ten horns which thou sawest upon the beast, these shall hate the whore, and shall make her desolate and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and burn her with fire."

"For true and righteous [are] his judgments: for he hath judged the great whore, which did corrupt the earth with her fornication, and hath avenged the blood of his servants at her hand."

- Revelations Chapter 17, in part.

He said that He would never leave us nor forsake us. And, that the very hairs of our heads are numbered. The days will be shortened for the elects sake.

Be sorry for those on whom He will expend His wrath. It will be very harsh and horrid, and none shall escape.

The days of warning are coming to an end. There is yet little time for the perverse to turn from their wicked ways. Soon they will be left in their wickedness, with no chance to repent....
