Rev. Dr. John L. Scudder, pastor of the First Congregational church In Jersey City, In connection with various other enterprises for his flock Is establishing a shooting gallery, to which he Invites women to come and learn the use of firearms. "Every woman should know how to handle firearms," says Dr. Scudder. "It Is her business to know how to shoot so she can protect her home."
