That which the author of the above article suggests is true and constitutional 'gun control'. For the author doesn't advocate regulating or restricting arms in the hands of the people. But for providing punishment for the abuse or misuse of that inalienable right. The author also strongly hints at education concerning the correct use of arms. Which is of course just plain common sense.
