"willfully discharge any gun or fire arms (except in necessary defense of self or property)...."

Sec. 4. Any person who shall, within the limits of the borough, willfully discharge any gun or fire arms (except in necessary defense of self or property), or shall wantonly throw any metal, stone, brick bullet, or other missile, or who shall explode any torpedo, bomb, or fire crackers, or fire works in the streets, or raise any false alarm of fire, shall for every such offense forfeit and pay a fine of not less than one nor more than ten dollars, in addition to any damage he may occasion; or if any person shall mutilate, injure, deface, or destroy any fence, house, or gate within the borough limits, such person shall for every such offense forfeit and pay a fine of not less than one nor more than ten dollars.
