All public servants in all American governments: federal, state, or local; whether appointed, elected or hired, are subject to punishment for violation of any Constitution, Law, or Right of the People therein secured.
To ensure that the objects of this amendment are acheived; Citizen Select Committees shall be formed in each State. Composed of citizens that hold no office or affiliation with any government entity.
The Citizen Select Committees shall have power: to investigate, gather evidence, compel witnesses, and provide punishments; for which there is no appeal other than to We The People as a whole in cases of the penalty of death.
The Citizen Select Committees shall have power to provide punishments in cases of: bias, bribery, corruption, graft and all other crimes against We The People of the United States of America.
The Citizen Select Committees shall have power to: publicly censure, cause forfeiture of ill-gotten gain, fine, imprison, and remove from office. As well as pass the sentence of death upon any public servant convicted of treason against We The people of the United States of America.
The Citizen Select Committees shall have power to: Set the rate of compensation of all public servants in all American governments: federal, state, or local; whether appointed, elected or hired.
