And choose to instead rely on their 'masters', (Whom are in reality nothing more than elected/hired servants. As well as being ravenous wolves in sheep's clothing), Which [equally cowardly] 'masters' gladly play upon the cowardice and fear of their 'subects', in their perverse lust for more 'power' and 'control'.
