Can someone please explain? . . .

How is it that people that had previously been convicted of:

- Arson; aren't denied the use of fire?

- Ax murderers; aren't denied the use of axes?

- Knife murderers; aren't denied the use of knives?

- Libellers and slanderers; aren't forbidden from speaking or writing?

Yet many of our corrupt governments perversely claim. That they have the 'power' to prevent a previous offender, or even people that have never offended at all, from exercising a right which is plainly secured in "the Supreme Law of the Land."

   I'll be patiently awaiting response.....
