An Unwholesome Locality for Roughs.Olympia, January 18th.--The reported murder of Reynolds yesterday in Seattle has caused quite an excitement here, and strangers are looked on with suspicion. The citizens are quietly arming for the purpose of self-defense, so that if San Francisco roughs should contemplate visiting this locality they will find a warm reception awaiting them.
