Now were getting somewhere....

Ran across an article by Ryan Setliff, posted on Lew Rockwell.com, called 'Constitutional Chaos'. Felt obliged to post something about it. As it confirms what I've been contending about here on this Blog and on GunShowOnTheNet.com. Only this time, it is a very well known former judge named Andrew Napolitano, detailing the perversions.
.
Judge Napolitano has written a book aptly titled 'Constitutional Chaos'. In which he details the Encroachments and Usurpations on our "Natural rights he asserts are inalienable and a gift of God". Ryan uses a quote that I had not heard previously. It was from John Adams, and provides some definate food for thought;
.
"Be not intimidated... nor suffer yourselves to be wheedled out of your liberties by any pretense of politeness, delicacy, or decency. These, as they are often used, are but three different names for hypocrisy, chicanery and cowardice."
.
Hmmmm. That explains a lot of things in just two short sentences, doesn't it? And judge Napolitano apparently goes into explicit detail in his book about the destruction of our Constitution and Bill of Rights. He provides proofs of the despicable acts of the judicial system at all its levels. Upto, and including how prosecutors and law enforcement abuse their powers.
We The People are being systematically entrapped by a perverse legal system gone awry.....
.
"In the closing parts of the book, Napolitano reveals the culture of lawlessness, conceit, and personal ambition which saturates the U.S. Justice Department. Many of their actions and conduct in various cases clearly runs roughshod over the Constitution. Such a culture has given rise to a blatant disregard for the Constitution, due process of law and the rights and dignity of the individual. Napolitano iterates some of the worst abuses from the Clinton-Reno reign of terror from Waco to Ruby Ridge, and paints a startling picture of how this maladministration of justice is fast becoming the norm."
.
We Americans have allowed ourselves to be wheedled out of our God-given and supposedly Constitutionally protected Rights! This perversion must stop! And as indicated by Mercy Warren, in her book History of the Rise, Progress, and Termination of the American Revolution, (1805) ;
.
"It is necessary for every American, with becoming energy to endeavor to stop the dissemination of principles evidently destructive of the cause for which they have bled. It must be the combined virtue of the rulers and of the people to do this, and to rescue and save their civil and religious rights from the outstretched arm of tyranny, which may appear under any mode or form of government."
.
Double hmmmm. It is quite evident that the politicians, that have been in power over the last few years, do not have the 'General Welfare' in mind. Case in point; consider our wide-open borders. They have, and are continuing to allow an unchecked stream of illegal aliens into our country. These people are now protesting across our country demanding that their 'rights' be recognized. Excuse me, but your in our country ILLEGALLY, therefore you have NO RIGHTS. At least, not Rights as are guaranteed under our Constitution. I'll grant, that these people have natural unalienable God-given Rights. But, they cannot reasonably expect to legally exercise them under the protection of the U.S. Constitution. Which is, after all, applicable to U.S. CITIZENS!
.
The illegal aliens are here because of the avarice of businesses who don't want to pay the wages the average American citizen needs to survive. These business people want more of the share of the pie in the own belly. Rather than ensuring their employees, who by all Rights should be American citizens. Receive an adequate wage in which to make a reasonable living. How can that be held out as being a contribution to the betterment of our Nation? Big business has already effectively moved almost all manufacturing out of the country! Why? So they can get a larger piece of the pie, at the expense of their fellow citizens! We are being deliberately destroyed from within - by greed. By the age old perverse desire of man for absolute power!
.
But, I digress. The article by Ryan Setliff 'Constitutional Chaos', is well worth a read. And something tells me that the book by the same name, by Judge Andrew Napolitano, is probably well worth the read.
.
Would like to remind my fellow Americans that there are some elections this year and more in 2008. We need to remember that the Democrats and Republicans have both betrayed us. We need to seek some viable alternatives, for both current parties have proven themselves equally dangerous to us. And we need to do it fast. God help us and bless America once again!
.
Wake up America! While we still are able....

Thank you Mr. Quammen for your positive feedback and bringing attention to the article to your readers in various places.

Constitutional Chaos is a sadly a reality. We've supplanted the rule of law for the arbitrary caprice of unfettered government power. The powers that be worry more about bad PR than fair play and justice.

"All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing."
-Edmund Burke

Hello Ryan,

Hononored to have you on the site. Your article is impressive. We need more like you writing and getting the truth out! And this, while we still have time.

The key is to awaken our fellow citizens to the danger. We The People are, after all, the Ultimate and Legitimate Authority.

The quote from Mr. Burke is one that personally spurs me on in my writing.

Keep up the good work!
