Treason is still treason, whether it was done deliberately or out of ignorance....

   And that which was wrong in its beginning, cannot be made right - regardless of how 'long-standing' the wrong has been permitted to stand. Or, due to vain repetition and use. If it was wrong then, it is wrong now. So, just to clarify:

"The Right of the People to Keep and Bear Arms shall NOT be infringed."
